Yep, had another one of those netball trainings again with jeff and company.
The turn out rate today was a little better than what I expected.
Trained quite abit more today, and we did see improvements although the match withe the class at the end was kinda messy.
And yep, surprise surprise, the "shen" in our team is really quite yea *wow*
heard that he is sick so yea get well soon!

Promo results were not what I expected. But I got promoted so it does'nt matter much.

I am like almost having netball training everyday this week.
